🎗️ You may think that they are just curd flakes, but if they are not made like the market, don't panic, just change the method and get smooth curd flakes easily.



Method:

• Take the flour of mung dal and mash dal and add salt, celery, black pepper, sweet soda and a little ground red pepper to it and add water and mix well.


• Heat oil in a pan and add the mixture little by little with the help of a spoon and fry the pods.


• Pour lukewarm water in a bowl and add these pods in it and leave it for some time.

And after that, squeeze out the water with the help of fingers.


• Add curd, red chilli powder, chaat masala, sugar, salt and water in another bowl and mix well.


📌 Tip:

Along with mung and mash dal, you can also add a cup of gram flour and two to three spoons of plain flour.

Put the pods in water as soon as they are fried so that they dissolve and become soft.
